Business strategies and marketing plans for SMEs
Victoria Ward works directly with SMEs (Small and Medium sized Enterprises) to support and direct them with their business strategies and marketing plans.
Extensive marketing and business experience
Her background is in loyalty email marketing for bmi airline, affiliate marketing for Affiliate Window and online/catalogue marketing for Thorntons chocolates.
Added to this, Victoria founded and ran Seasons Coffee Shop and Deli in Surrey for 3 years, managing brand design, interior design, recruitment, staffing and payroll, financial planning, applying to the bank for a loan, social media marketing, ordering and serving customers – so she knows exactly what it is like to start and run a small business from scratch.
Award winning business
Whilst running Seasons Coffee Shop, Victoria won two business awards. New Business of the year (Toast of Surrey Awards) and Ethical & Sustainable Retailer of the Year (UK, Sponsored by the Rainforest Alliance).
